Initial Comments:
An off-site follow up survey conducted on April 13, 2023, found that Centre Homecare, had corrected the following deficiencies cited under requirements of 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiencies that were cited as a result of a home health agency Medicare re-certification survey on February 24, 2023.

Code, Part IV, Health facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies that were cited as a result of a home health agency state re-licensure survey on February 24, 2023.
